Privacy Policy
This policy covers the On Brand Dept. website at onbranddept.com and HIROSAI HQ, the studio's internal dashboard. On Brand Dept. is a creative studio in Phoenix, Arizona.
This website
- The site has no accounts, forms, advertising or analytics, and it does not set tracking cookies.
- The home page remembers a display preference in your own browser (local storage). It never leaves your device.
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them.
HIROSAI HQ and Google user data
HIROSAI HQ is used only by the studio, with the studio's own Google account. It requests read-only access to Gmail (gmail.readonly) and Google Calendar (calendar.readonly). Details are on the HIROSAI HQ page.
- What is accessed: inbox message details and content, and today's calendar events, in the studio's own account.
- How it is used: only to show that information to the studio inside HQ, and to log marketplace orders the studio confirms.
- Storage: email and calendar content is held in memory while displayed and is not stored. Confirmed order entries are kept on the studio's computer, without personal details from the email. Sign-in credentials are kept only on that computer.
- Sharing: none. Google user data is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
- Retention and deletion: access can be revoked at any time in the Google account's security settings. Revoking access stops all further reads.
HIROSAI HQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
